Why do my payment attempts keep failing?

All payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and your bank.

If your card is being declined during checkout, or you are being told that your card number is incorrect, you will need to contact your financial institution to see why the card is being blocked.

Most financial institutions block unknown charges if they deem that the purchase is out of character for your account.

This is done to protect your funds.

We unfortunately are unable to troubleshoot a declined payment method from our end.
